RUN…..An awesome new song and an even more awesome video to go with it! That’s what the fans think of the Foo’s new track, Run. We simply can’t get enough of it. Plenty of the Foo family have been playing it on repeat since it’s surprise release. In my personal opinion, this track is the best thing to come from the boys since Wasting Light in 2011. Along with “The Sky Is A Neighborhood” and “La Dee Da” (both performed for the first time at Secret Solstice festival, Iceland. Credits to the video owners) the anticipation of the new album is very high.
The video to Run just HAS to be applauded. It is seriously good fun. Hilarious in fact, so typical of the Foo’s sense of humour. Pensioners rioting, rising up against the staff in the old folks home, Grohl and the boys’ aged, Merlin like appearances and even a dance routine at the end, this video has every detail down to a fine art. It is truly magnificent and the fans love it. Thank you, Foo Fighters, for making such great music. We really do love you!!

With Foo Fighters set to headline at Glastonbury this weekend, new albums coming from some of our favourite bands (QOTSA & Royal Blood) this is turning out to be the best summer we’ve had in a long while. Coverage of Glastonbury will be on BBC. We will be watching. There will be Foo Fam members meeting at Glasto, details here. If you’re going, why not stop by and say hello!
